NEW BEGINNINGS

How do you know if Legacy Coaching is right for you and what are your expectations? Those are the questions to ask yourself. Legacy Coaching is not standard therapy. Our outlook coaching often requires strategic action steps taken by our clients to focus on work that leads towards your own solutions, rather than dwelling on past traumas or patterns. We meet our clients where they are and in an informal environment of virtual Zoom services and or on the phone. Coaching works best when clients are open to their goals.

HOW LEGACY COACHING WORKS
The design of Legacy Coaching is based on the partnership between a Legacy Coach and their client(s). This relationship empowers clients to strive to reach their personal goals through the use of life experiences. With the guidance of their Legacy Coach, the client has the capacity to reach their own goal(s) and answer their own questions.

SERVICES
Step 1 - 80 Minute Life Coaching Consultation
Life Essentials Life Coaching 80 minute consultation to see if this service is right for you.
(Virtual Zoom Coaching )

First Visit with Life Essentials Life Coaching. This is a safe space for you to discuss your interest in receiving guidance. We will talk about what brings you to Life Essentials Life Coaching. What goals you are interested in setting and achieving, while opening yourself up to opportunities. After the assessment consultation is completed the client decides with the Legacy Coach to continue services. If the coaching continues, an agreement is signed by all involved parties, payment arrangements are made by both client and Essentials Life Coaching . Additional documents will be sent to the client to fill out and return by a specified date.

Step 2 - Reoccurring Life Coaching Sessions
Based on the completed documentation from the first assessment, a 60 minute weekly or bi-weekly consultation check in will occur. A little individual work may be requested. A set time will be required by the client to complete the required documents and return to their assigned Legacy Coach. This documentation will be discussed with the client and Legacy Coach during the virtual session.

(Virtual Zoom Coaching)

Sessions are not covered by insurance. But considering you will have far fewer sessions than traditional therapy, it will possibly cost you less in the long run, even with insurance. The assessment and consultations are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat or cure.
